NOW SHIPPING TO CANADA!
(not available in some remote areas—details available here)

The following are questions posted by visitors to this website.

If you have any questions not answered below, please use the email address provided at the bottom of this page.

Q: I can’t seem to login. It is not recognizing my username or password. What should I do?
A: Keep in mind that we have three separate websites each with a different membership database (www.jonessoda.com, www.jonessodastore.com and www.myjones.com). Login and password information is specific to each site. To register at the myJones site, please start an order and in Step 2 you will be prompted to create a user name and password.  If you know that you registered at myJones and can’t login, please email myjones@jonessoda.com and we will help you find it.

Q: How much does myJones cost?
A: The cost is $29.99 for a case of 12 bottles (plus shipping). All prices in US Dollars. WA State Sales Tax applies to orders purchased by or shipped to WA State residents. Canadian order totals also include shipping, taxes and brokerage costs as applicable. For full cost quotes with shipping/taxes included, please start an order…you don’t have to enter your credit card number to get a shipping quote. Once you enter your shipping address, quantity and shipping method, you will get an exact shipping quote.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Our standard method of shipping is UPS GROUND so US orders should arrive within 3-4 weeks from order date. (Orders ship from WA State, so WA State deliveries should arrive within 2 weeks from order date). Note: 2 DAY AIR shipping does not mean product will arrive two days after you place your order. No rush options are available for Canadian shipments at this time.

Q: Is there any way to receive my order before 3 to 4 weeks?
A: Not at the present time.

Q: If I ship more than one case to a specific location, do I get a shipping discount?
A: Shipping rates are determined by UPS; there is no discount for multiple shipments to a specific destination—shipping costs on 10 single case orders to one address cost the same as a single order consisting of 10 cases.

Q: How does it ship?
A: All orders are shipped via UPS (no PO Box delivery).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. Canadian shipments are not available in some remote areas. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for Canadian deliveries (as with any international shipments, border delays are beyond our control—as a result, we can not guarantee delivery within a specific window of time). No rush options are available for Canadian shipments at this time.

Q: How can I find out how much shipping costs?
A: Please start an order…you don’t have to enter your credit card number to get a shipping quote. Once you enter your shipping address, quantity and shipping method, you will get an exact shipping quote.

Q: What photo format should I submit?
A: Good quality photos make all the difference. We have supplied you with three templates to choose from to get the size and resolution just right:

(a) JPG label template
(b) TIF label template
(c)  Bitmap (BMP)

To use, open any of these templates in your favorite photo editing program. Simply erase or cover up the picture of the flower with your own photo. Save as a .TIF or .JPG in RGB image mode (not CMYK). For JPG files, use the lowest compression (or highest quality) setting possible. High compression will make a smaller file size, but will blur your photo and we won't be able to use it.

In the end your photos should be at least 300 dpi and at least 2.25" X 1.875" (or 450 X 375 pixels at 200 dpi). Your file size should be over 150K.

Q: How do I resize my photo?
A: Use Adobe Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, Macromedia Fireworks, or a similar photo editing program.

Let's take the example that you have an 8X10 at 150 dpi. Open this file in Adobe Photoshop and then click on the menu

Image > Image Size...

image size

This will give you several options with "pixel dimensions", "document size" and two boxes at the bottom: "constrain proportions" and "resample image". The trick here is to make sure "resample image" is OFF (no check). That means if you change the settings of the document size, or of the resolution, then the document file size (shown at the top beside "pixel dimensions") stays the same. The object of the game is to either keep the same, or reduce the file size. Do not make it bigger because that will ruin the image quality.

With the resample image clicked off, you will only be able to change either the document height and width or the resolution. Increasing the resolution decreases the height and width. And vica versa. For a Jones Soda label we need a MINIMUM of 300 dpi (roughly the same as pixels/inch) and a document size of 2.25" X 1.875".

Can I use either a B+W or color photo on all flavors of myJones?
A. Yes, both B+W and color photos are acceptable for all flavors.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes. A discount of 5% off (before shipping) applies on individual orders between 10 and 20 cases. For orders of 20 cases or more it's 10% off (before shipping). Discounts apply per order (multiple orders cannot be combined to be eligible for the volume discount) and will be reflected on your credit card charge.

For price quotes on really big orders (240 cases or more), contact Customer Service at: myjones@jonessoda.com or 1-800-656-6050 (8am- 5pm Pacific Time).

Q: I live near Seattle. Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped to me?
A: Unfortunately no, we do not have a will call area available for pick up.

Q: I need the product immediately, can you just send me the labels and I will put them on the product?
A: Sorry, due to FDA regulations we can only ship labeled bottles. We cannot ship the labels by themselves.

Q: Can I have different pictures in a case?
A: No; one picture per case of 12 bottles. New pictures and new text require a new order.

Q: I want to change my order. How can I do that?
A: Completed orders may not be changed. Please note the numerous warnings about this throughout the order process. Please take your time and check for typos/image trouble/correct address info, etc.

Q: I want to cancel my order. How can I do that?
A: As stated above, completed orders are ineligible for cancellation/refund. Take your time and check for typos/image trouble/correct address info, etc.

Q: I want a refund. Is that possible?
A: We cannot offer exchanges or refunds at this time. However, if you received damaged product, please contact Customer Service via e-mail at myjones@jonessoda.com or toll free at 1-800-656-6050.

Q: My order arrived and there is a broken bottle. What should I do?
A: We do everything we can to ensure that each order arrives in perfect condition. However, if a bottle breaks in transit or if you received damaged product contact Customer Service via email at myjones@jonessoda.com or 1-800-656-6050.

Q: I only see a few flavors offered. Why?
A: We want to give you the world, but we can only give you a part of it. We rotate the flavors regularly, so check the site often to see if your favorite flavor is available.

Q: But I really want (insert flavor here)! Is there any way I can get it?
A: No. Sadly, we cannot entertain specific flavor requests.

Q: Can I mix up the flavors in a case?
A: No; one flavor per case of 12 bottles. You can always order multiple flavors by the case in one order (example: 2 cases of Root Beer and 1 case of Green Apple all with the same image/text).

Q: Can I get my pictures on your organics or naturals products?
A: Custom labels are available only on Jones Soda bottles.

Q: How long will the soda last?
A: Jones Soda has a shelf life of 2 years.

Q: I was actually looking to submit my photo for the Jones Soda labels. Where do I go?
A: To post your photo for possible use on a bottle of Jones Soda in general distribution, please see either our Jones Soda Gallery or our photo submission page.

Q: I don't have a scanner. Can I just mail you my picture?
A: We would hate to lose your picture, which is why we only accept pictures electronically over the internet. Try your local copy center if you do not have access to a scanner. Most copy centers offer this service or usually charge a small hourly fee to use their equipment.

Q: Can I start an order now and complete it later?
A: Yes. Orders may be saved without completing the process through to payment. Note that flavors change regularly, so if you see the flavor you want – order it quick.

Q: Does your site support Spanish or French text?
A: Our site supports special characters for Spanish and French text for anyone who’d like to personalize bottles with a little “beyond the border” flare.

Q: My question is not answered in either the "How To" or "FAQ" section. What do I do?
A: We want to be sure that any questions you have be answered. For all questions, e-mail myjones@jonessoda.com. You may also contact Customer Service between 8am to 5pm Pacific Time at 1-800-656-6050 or use the form below.
